I started my career as developer, transitioned to business analyst, and spent over 20 years as a project and program manager. I've worked across startups, scaleups and large corporate organizations, leading countless projects and programs (I have never counted them, but trust me, they are a lot).

Through training and experience, I've learned something crucial: project and program management is about so much more than technical skills - it's about mastering your Power Skills (your soft skills).

After years in corporate roles, including Chief of Staff and program leadership, I decided it was time to share what I have learned. I have seen firsthand how project and program managers can transform their careers - by becoming influential, inspiring leaders who make their teams and stakeholders believe in what is possible.
