I’m a Project and Program Management coach, consultant, and instructor with over 20 years of experience leading complex, high-visibility initiatives across small, large, and global organizations.
I began my coaching practice by working 1:1 with project and program managers, helping them navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, gain influence, and step confidently into leadership.
I don’t buy into generic “leadership hacks.” My approach is rooted in real-world experience - running complex programs, leading teams, and advising executives - so I know what truly works when it comes to impact and results.
Project management isn’t just about delivering on time and on budget. It’s about creating meaningful impact, earning influence, and leading with confidence. That’s exactly what we focus on inside my program.
